    • Construct 50 duplexes throughout the nodes, using sustainable materials such as straw bale, cob, or passive solar designs. Estimated cost: $7M–$12.5M.

    • Layout includes family homes and mother-in-law suites to support intergenerational living.

    Node 1: Lodge

    • A central, timber-framed building with:

    • Space for gatherings of 100, dining, and an industrial kitchen.

    • Offices for administrative use. Estimated cost: $775K–$1.45M.

    Node 2: Wellness Center: A 6,000–10,000 sq. ft. facility with:

    • Physical therapy pools, therapy rooms, and a yoga studio.

    • Dance studios and community gathering spaces. Estimated cost: $875K–$1.55M.

    Node 3: Workshops

    • Construction of artisan spaces for woodworking, metalwork, and pottery. Estimated cost: $400K–$900K.

    Node 4: Greenhouses and Gardens

    • Implementation of walipini greenhouses and cold frames for year-round food production. Estimated cost: $100K–$190K.

    Node 5: Core Animal Infrastructure

    • Rotational pastures, barns, and secure fencing for livestock. Estimated cost: $200K–$550K.

    • Develop food forests and perennial landscaping for community and educational use.
